Midcentury 1969 UNUSED NIB ACSONS Stainless Steel Steak Knives set of 6, Korea

Very rare set of ACSONS serrated blade and elaborate handle design set of 6 New in the Box vintage Midcentury Modern steak knives from 1969! Viet Nam War Era cutlery, what midsize department stores and independent Jewelry stores were selling Americans throughout heartland America and particularly in the Deep South. This is amazing like new unused with the box and even plastic wrappers of each knife just like you would find in the store in 1969. Most later ACSONS were made in Japan. But this rare ACSONS was made in Korea, where munitions grade steel was being simultaneously forged for the Viet Nam war effort. Each mint knife is 8 3/4” long. Comes with original red topped and red inside cardboard box, simple and in keeping with Midcentury packaging. This is a one of a kind treasure because it’s unused, in its original boxing, and has been safely stored intact for 53 years. Collectible or very gift-able for someone who appreciates Midcentury Modern decor in a kitchen/dining item. Rare.
